DU LLB Entrance Exam’16: All You Need to Know
Delhi University’s LLB/LLM entrance exam for granting admissions into post graduate law programmes is scheduled to be conducted between June 19 and June 23.
It is a prerequisite for the interested applicants to have a graduate/post-graduate degree from the University of Delhi, or any other Indian or foreign university recognized as equivalent to the University of Delhi, with at least 50 percent marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them. The cut off marks for the admissions of the OBC candidates shall be upto 10 percent less than the marks notified for general candidates in the entrance test.
The two-hour exam will consist of 175 multiple choice objective questions and will be conducted in the offline mode. The questions will be based on english language comprehension, general knowledge and current affairs, reasoning and analytical abilities, and legal awareness and aptitude.
The exam will be held in Delhi, Bengaluru, Jammu, Kolkata, Nagpur, and Varanasi. A total of 2310 seats are being offered in LLB and 54 and 46 seats in LLM (two years) and LLM (three years), respectively.
