Rules:
• Team of 2 members, one will get their face painted and the other will paint.
• The theme will be provided on the spot.
• Participants should bring their own colors, brushes etc.
• Time limit 1.5 hours.
• Participants will be judged on the basis of creativity, innovation and design.
• Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
