ProSort is the onsite programming contest organised by IIIT-Delhi's programming club Foobar for Esya '16. ProSort is a team event in which the best minds across the nation compete against each other to solve algorithmic problems.

ProSort is part of the Techathlon series of Esya '16. Techathlon is a 6-event technical extravaganza which tests the teams under many spheres of coding and algorithm design. Only the teams selected in the first five events participate in the finale event- "Toast to Code"! Note that ProSort is mandatory for participating in Techathlon.

Following are the general rules and guidelines:
- Team size: At most 2 members
- Duration: 2 hours
- No. of questions: 5-6
- Languages allowed: C, C++, Java
- Event is open to all college/institute/school students
- Your login details will be emailed to you - do try to ensure that you reach the venue [B.Tech labs, 2nd floor library building, IIITD] well in time
- Carrying your college ID card is a must
- Rough sheets will be provided but please bring your own pens
- Participants are not allowed to access internet during the contest
- Usage of no electronic device other than allotted PC is allowed
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the organizers shall be final and binding
- Violation of rules may lead to disqualification
